Annual Installation Luncheon of Officers and Board Members

After dinner we will present the Polish Arts Club of Buffalo Scholarship Foundation Awards to the 2012 winners. They are:
Sarah Lewandowski is an honor student in Music Education and Trombone Performance at SUNY Fredonia. She is the second trombonist of the College Symphony Orchestra as well as a member of the Latin Jazz Ensemble, the Trombone Choir, two trombone quartets and a brass quintet. She is also a member of the Fredonia Brass Choir and the Buffalo Brass Choir. Sarah is also proficient in the clarinet, trumpet and percussion.
John Smigielski,a percussionist, is also an honor student at Buffalo State College majoring in Music and Digital Music Production. He performs with the Buffalo State Percussion Ensemble, Wind Ensemble, Philharmonic Orchestra, Digital Music Ensemble and the West African Drumming Ensemble. John started a Percussion Trio and Contemporary Music Ensemble that premiered in the Fall of 2012.
These two Scholarship winners will perform for us at the Luncheon. You do not want to miss meeting them and hearing their music. They are a tribute to Polonia and proud of their Polish heritage.
