Scholarship winners to be honored at PACB Installation luncheon

The Polish Arts Club of Buffalohas scheduled its annual installation luncheon for Sunday, January 29, 2017. Officers to be installed are President, Charles Peszynski; First Vice-President, Dr. Andrew Wise; Membership Secretary, Marsha Ashton; Treasurer, Thomas Zawadzki and Board Members, Mary Jane Masiulionius, Christine Nowak and Danuta Nycz-Nakamura.
As part of the program the PACB Scholarship Foundation will present $1000.00 scholarship awards to the 2016 Scholarship winners. They are Brandon Mellerski and Conrad Ziarniak.
Brandon is junior at Houghton College majoring in Music Education and Vocal Performance.
As a student at Orchard Park High School he was honored as the schools top male vocalist.
Conrad is a senior at the Eastman School of Music majoring in Jazz Studies and Contemporary Media. He plays the flute, clarinet and saxophone. Both winners will perform during the luncheon ceremony.
The event will be held at Gregor’s Garden Grove, 3270 Clinton St., West Seneca beginning at 1 p.m. with a social hour. The cost is $30.00 per person.
